Session Fees
Individual therapy session (55 minutes): $150
Family or parents session (55 minutes): $150
Accepted payments include: Debit/Credit card, cash, or check
Payment is due at time of service
Insurance
I am currently in network with the following plans:
Premera
Many Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans
Regence
Lifewise
If you have one of these the amount you pay is determined by your specific plan. Based on your copay or coinsurance and if you are required to meed your deductible.
If you do not have one of these plans:
Many insurance plans will reimburse a portion of the session rate from an outside provider.
How it works:
You pay the full session fee at the time of the session
Each month I will provide you with a Superbill
You submit the Superbill to your insurance
Your plan reimburses you directly according to your out-of-network benefits.
