About me

Hello! Life throws lots of challenges at us that can be difficult to manage. I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Through collaborative work, our time together can help you move towards personal growth, healing, and a happier future. If you are facing an immediate challenge or have long-term goals, I am here to support you through your journey.

I specialize in working with OCD, anxiety, and trauma. Through our work together, you will develop practical skills that you can use to reach your goals. I focus on taking you past “just talking” about your concern and utilize action based techniques to retrain how your mind and body respond. I have received extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to treat OCD and other anxiety disorders in kids and adults. I also utilize techniques and modalities from ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Through our work together, you will develop practical skills that you can use to reach your goals!

When I’m not in the “therapy chair,” you’ll find me spending time with my 13-month-old son, skiing, listening to an audiobook, or planning my next trip to who knows where.
